I think this is an issue with Gazzle. It used to work but yesterday but suddenly unable to connect just today. Updated the paths and certificates themselves on php.ini but to no avail. I'm running Laravel 5.3 on Ubuntu and PHP 7. It should be automatic with cURL on Ubuntu but still get the issue. Probably library uses the deprecated gazzle/gazzle packahe instead of gazzlehttp/gazzle.

I'm not sure what you're talking about - the package uses straight-up cURL. Gazzle isn't even involved.
