We have many proxmox servers and some clients' vms are distributed to these nodes. So if we give a client access, he will see many server groups. But instead, it would be very good for us if we can hide/embed server on that vms connection. Not sure if it is possible but I guess no.

Well, you have to compile that static info in the code, the easiest for you would be storing the config ion a password protected URL and hard coding the username/pass in to the application...
