Many times we find that they update components and remove strings from the original language. So those strings are not necessary in the translation language but they remain loaded the same.

The component should identify and highlight those strings that are not in the original language and give the user the possibility to delete them from the translation language.

Are you speaking of core components?
Can you give a precise example?

Normally, when editing the file strings from the normal translations manager, you will see 2 accordeon slides instead of one if there is a string in the local file which does not exist in the master.
In this case, you should Close and edit the file through the raw editing.
At the bottom of the editor, you will see the part concerned and can delete it and save.
