Steps to reproduce the issue

Hi,
When I edit some language file and when I save it, file's permissions change from 644 to 444. Is it a bug or a feature and how can I prevent files permissions from changing? Thanks.

Expected result

644 permissions on the language file

Actual result

444 permissions on the language files

System information (as much as possible)

Joomla 3.7.5, localise 4.0.31

This is a parameter in the component Options.

Very nice:) This option is set to 0644 but files permissions are still changed to 444 for existing files and for a new ones:)
