The latest nightly broke RLS, which means not everyone can update.

rust-toolstate includes information of the state of each rustup component. It might be useful to include information if any of the tools are broken.

Sorry it took me forever to get back to you on that! Yes, I think that's a great idea, especially now that Twitter allows more characters than they did when I first wrote the bot! Think you might have time to put together a PR?
