Have you tried the 'circleci local' build process yet? It should work for most of the build processes except those that use 'machine' environments. The output files can be directed at the real cloudsmith repositories so the outcome will be the same as if you had run the jobs in the cloud. This is really good. Haven't tried it yet. Thanks!! I really will like saving credits and not having to run cmd and VSprompt every time.
