Make one wallet the default wallet. Instead of the "wallet switcher" screen being the home screen of the app, we can replace it with a "unlock default wallet" screen. This will complete the "make on wallet the standard" endeavor.

Some details still to be figured out -- mostly around how to change the default wallet. @editwentyone Feel free to post ideas anywhere. Here, in the other issue, or in Figma -- doesn't matter. :)
