Sandboxing not working on bluemix?

I have tried many different settings, like running with the --no-sandbox flag as suggested by many. Or repairing the chrome_sandbox but I failed to do that on bluemix. According to others, the executable should be owned by root and have a umask 644 but this seems impossible to achieve on bluemix?

I'd love to hear from you how you have gotten it to work.
