Why gists are empty in PhpStorm 2018.2 ?

Downloaded the plugin "GitHub gist beta".
Signed in my GitHub account in IDE PhpStorm.
Gists are empty!

I have no idea what was done wrong... I repeated steps several times and got the same results.
