Hi John, the Data LED is flickering. The adapter just has green lights. |

I have the same issue (#452 ) with an Esera interface - from the beginning. Currently I try to get one of the ebusd.de adapters. https://github.com/john30/ebusd/wiki/6.-Hardware Maybe the tip from John (see my issue) can help here? |

maybe you need to increase the --latency value as well, as ebusd seems not to be able to send anything (log entries with "ERR: read timeout") |

Hi, I've a similar issue, I think. 2021-10-12 10:34:10.546 [main notice] ebusd 21.2.v21.2 started with auto scan on device /dev/ttyebus Possibly "unable to load scan config 08: list files in vaillant ERR: element not found" is the culprit. I don't have any parameters for my devices on the ebusctl find. I'm using an adapter hat for RPI (ordered assembled+tested), it was working previously and I never had any issues with it. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. |

EDIT: I fixed my issue (seems to be unrelated to the original issue). My configs were not loading. For some reason I had a config path configured, but it only included my renovent config. I didn't load anything from web, I think it' by design, and it makes sense. I had one more issue with a config file from gitlab: I saw on the log that my 7c (Renovent ventilation system) was not recognized correctly. It had some issues with parsing files in config path. I fixed those and now I see that my Renovent is correctly scanned, so I guess adapter works. I can read and write parameters. I still have issue with Vaillant. I'm using the web stored configs (on ebusd.de) for that. I'm sure it worked before, but now that I think of that I start to doubt myself. Do you know if I can mix local config path and web for configs? if you specify a local path with the parameter "--configpath", then this will be used to find CSVs. In this case, the web service is not used at all. But anyway, for Brink there are no online configs yet, so you'd have to use a local path anyway |

What I noticed: The Esera adapter has 3 LEDs: PWR, Data and ebus (directly on the terminal strip). PWR lights up; Data flickers and, strangely, the ebus LED in the terminal strip also lights up permanently - even completely without the ebus connected. Is that normal?! What can I check to find out what the problem is? Unfortunately, restoring various old backups could not solve the problem :-(
