Add a remote for communication over SSH (BCC side change)

This is more of a BCC side change, but its closely tied to BPFd so I created an issue here.

We'd like to be able to communicate over the network using SSH. A remote can easily be created along the lines of: https://github.com/joelagnel/bcc/tree/bcc-bpfd/src/python/bcc/remote/adb.py
