In the tbdb.other_annotations.csv file, I found that different who_confidence were assigned to the same mutation in the same gene. The following are the examples I spotted:

Gene Mutation Type Info
whiB6 c.-75del who_confidence drug=amikacin;who_confidence=Not assoc w R
whiB6 c.-75del who_confidence drug=amikacin;who_confidence=Uncertain significance

Gene Mutation Type Info
Rv1258c c.580_581insC who_confidence drug=isoniazid;who_confidence=Uncertain significance
Rv1258c c.580_581insC who_confidence drug=isoniazid;who_confidence=Not assoc w R
Rv1258c c.580_581insC who_confidence drug=streptomycin;who_confidence=Uncertain significance
Rv1258c c.580_581insC who_confidence drug=streptomycin;who_confidence=Not assoc w R
Rv1258c c.580_581insC who_confidence drug=pyrazinamide;who_confidence=Uncertain significance
