I am not able to get the notes from the notebook from lecture 19 Please help me !!

@varunsing are you using Udemy app?
If so, use any web browser to go to the Udemy site. Navigate to that supposed lectures. There you can find resources section.
You can download it from there.
Better to use a desktop or laptop browser to download.
