Module fails to load after building #2

Error occurs on fresh install.

LoadError: ArgumentError: invalid base 10 digit '\Uffffffc4' in "\Uffffffc4\$"
...
while loading ~/.julia/v0.4/PrimeSieve/src/primecount_c.jl, in expression starting on line 115

The code loads correctly on same version of Julia 0.4 on another machine. But PrimeSieve was built a few months ago.
