Support for Manga Sites in Other Languages

I was originally thinking of saying there should be support for Comico (a website with Manga in Japanese), then I thought about expanding that idea to simply support for a Japanese manga site, and now I think I'll just make it a little broader and say there should be multiple languages... but mostly Japanese, please m(_ _)m

This is doable, but I'm not fluent in Japanese unfortunately.
The 1.0.0 branch uses mangopi (a lower-level API layer), if you add support there for a site it'd be much easier to add support for it in manga_downloader.
