When increaseSize event triggers, VMs in vsphere will be created by https://github.com/jk8s/autoscaler/blob/vsphere-cloudprovider/cluster-autoscaler/cloudprovider/vsphere/vsphere_manager.go#L106

Currently this only cloning VMs from a template. We need to include cloud init when cloning the VM, so that we can run scripts and kubeadm join to let new VMs join the existing cluster
