Should add a logger to improve debugging.

  • Implement log crate without std (default) and based on rtt_target
  • Add logs to coap-lite
  • Configure rprintln impl of log for tests
  • Use RTT channels as rtic resources for logging instead of rprintln, otherwise there can be priority inversion
