igtl folder prefix for includes not available on ubuntu 14.04 and custom igtklink build #3

#include <igtl/igtlOSUtil.h>
#include <igtl/igtlTransformMessage.h>
#include <igtl/igtlServerSocket.h>

cmake points to my openIGTLink build folder.

Removing "igtl/"' solves the problem.
