Telescope windows not open, dictionaries not updated, settings files not created.

@jhofscheier thank you for such a useful plugin.

None of the ltex-utils telescope windows open on my machine, to edit the dictionary, ignored rules, or false positive. Furthermore, dictionary files are not created, nor are settings files created.

I can confirm that ltex-utils is attached to the LSP system because the "code actions” list does appear when typing Leader+C+A.

Any thoughts about what might be going on? I am using a kickstarter.nvim template.

UPDATE: I cannot reproduce your tutorial either: upon loading a README file, there is no warning about the lack of a settings file.
