Corporate Due Diligence

Hi,

I'm trying to take draw.io through my company's due diligence process. Is there someone I can contact for help with any questions that arise?

A couple of questions that have come up so far are

1. Is there a regular penetration testing schedule?
2. For the office add in that we would like to use, this doesn't appear to have been updated for 5 years, is that regularly pen tested?

There may be more, thanks for any help you can give me with this.

If this is for app.diagrams.net, we don't provide a commercial version of this. If you have security concerns, what larger companies do is deploy their own version.

Does it also enable you to edit the diagram from within your office document? At the moment it's a bit convoluted to update diagrams in office documents, it would be much more convenient to edit from within the doc. For example, if I have a folder full of diagrams it can take a while to locate the one that needs updating, then open it in the app, then edit it, export it, update the office doc, repeat this several times during diagram edits. So we really like the idea of the add in as a way to edit diagrams in place in office docs.

The app doesn't allow direct editing, no. Have you tried https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/microsoft-365/microsoft-whiteboard/digital-whiteboard-app ?

What does the edit button do in the add in? I thought that would let you edit the diagram - see the edit button in the screenshot -

Edit opens the diagram in a new window, but if that's enough for you, ok.

Thanks. So if I edit it in that new window it won't update in my word doc? I have to reimport it?
