When jgitver is used and a <SCM> node exist in the pom, we should try to update the <tag> as appropriate.

when

  • the HEAD is on a tag used by jgitver as a version then the project>scm>tag is filled with this version
  • otherwise project>scm>tag is filled with the full SHA1 of the commit
