malihu scrollbar is designed to scroll towards focused element present inside the it . at certain instance due to zoom of the browser ,the scrolling behavior breaks (it scrolls towards the element which is at bottom and then suddenly scrolls back up to the top). this is noted in chrome anything below 110% and in firefox below 100% .
