mCSB_draggerRail is inside the mCSB_dragger

Hello.
The mCSB_draggerRail is inside the mCSB_dragger. This causes a display problems with the dragger rail (it isn't shown properly). It looks like an issue: malihu/malihu-custom-scrollbar-plugin#652.
It can be seen on the demo page also.
I solved that by the jQuery downgrade to v3.4.1. But it isn't a perspective solution for the future.
Is there any better known solution for this issue?
