I showed my Joulescope to some collegue and they had some brilliant request.
It would be great to be able to decode UART (for example AT commands) using the IN0 and IN1 pins. This way developper could synchronise easily between the code and current/energy measurements.
Today I workaround by decoding IN0 manually but the UI beeing versatile it could be added directly.

Hi @atsju, and thanks for the enhancement suggestion! The JS220 will do hardware-based UART RX and TX with UTC timestamping. Adding UI software-based analyzers is definitely possible to unlock this for the general-purpose inputs, but we have not yet added any logic-analyzer style functionality to the Joulescope UI.
