Request to upgrade jsdom from v11 to latest v15

To upgrade jsdom dep from v11 to latest v15.

Motivation

In order to support latest browser APIs, such as shadow dom.

This has been brought up few times before. #7763, #7926.
The decision was to hold off and continue to support nodejs v6, which jsdom v12+ does not.

Since nodejs v6 is EOL half a year ago, please update jsdom to latest. Thanks very much.
This will be a breaking change.

It's already upgraded, just not released yet. You can try it under jest@next iirc
