Breakpoints in devtool

I'm using devtool with:

var argv = ['', '', '--runInBand'];
var root = process.cwd();
require('jest-cli').run(argv, root);

But breakpoints don't seem to do anything (eg: in setupFiles or source files).
Is this expected?
