How do I use this in IntelliJ - I don't see the icon

This is likely a really silly question, but I don't see the "H" icon in the latest version of IntelliJ, nor can I find any other way to launch the plugin.

Here's a screenshot, in case it's relevant.

It's here: You can't see that. I would try Shift-F12 to restore the default view and try with that.

Double shift (Search everywhere) and write "Android Holo", you'll see the plugin
