Separate accounts

I would like an option to just have a separated accounts interface.

The main page would be just a list of the accounts and you click into each account and from there you can add transactions to that account and see only stats that belong to that account.

It could be just an option for those who prefer to have everything separated.

Right now everything is combined. When you have multiple accounts, the main page looks very messy. Also, adding new transactions, I always have to choose the account that I'm adding the transaction to. And if everything was separated, I could just click into the account and add transactions to that account. It's a much simpler and cleaner look for me with all accounts completely separate.

Due to #92, I would really love this feature. But even if that bug wasn't occurring, separated transaction lists and Insights would still be ideal.

However, I also understand an argument for having an aggregated screen of all accounts and transactions for some folks.
