When I select a station, it feels like it takes 5 - 8 seconds until the live image appears. Does it buffer TVHeadend and Jellyfin at the same time? Is it possible to shorten the switching and switching times? I'm used to it happening within 1-2 seconds.

@quorle I have the same issue, did you find an answer/fix?

I think it is because of the transcoding. See Bug #67
So my guess is 1-3 seconds till the tuner is ready and data is coming from tvheadend. then additional 3-5 sec for the hw accelerated transcoding to start.
