SYMPTOMS
========
If you attempt to open more than one online viewer (MediaView) title
simultaneously, your computer may stop responding (hang).
RESOLUTION
==========
To free your computer, press CTRL+ALT+DELETE, and then click End Task.
To prevent the problem, open only one online viewer title at a time.
STATUS
======
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in The Microsoft Network versions
1.2 and 1.3. We are researching this problem and will post new information here
in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
