Microsoft Word recognizes the CTRL+LEFT mouse button and SHIFT+LEFT
mouse-button key combinations as Word operations.
To invoke the Control Panel while working in Word, do the following:
1. Hold down the CTRL key.
2. Press the ALT or SHIFT keys before pressing the left mouse button.
