o1-mini and o1-preview

New chatgpt models o1-preview for complex programming tasks and o1-mini for general programming tasks, are very good models. We should implement them.

Overriding the model shows this error:

It still doesn't work even with override in the model because the o1 and o1-mini models still don't support system messages in the beta version, and the extension uses this parameter a lot.

I'm waiting for OpenAI to promote these models with support for system messages, as well as to release access to everyone so I can test it. After that I will add official support to the extension as soon as possible.
