could not find files for the given pattern(s)

I apologize if this issue has been beaten to death but I just can't seem to get my sounds working. I get about 7 lines of:
INFO: Could not find files for the given pattern(s)

But successfully found player cmdmp3 by extracting cmdmp3new.zip into my folder streetmerchant.

Then went into dotenv and added the wav filename as PLAY_SOUND=notify.mp3 without and with quotes PLAY_SOUND="notify.mp3" and still get the Could not find files for the given pattern(s) error.

I've even tried using wav file and nothing. Both sound files are also located in the streetmerchant folder as well. I've read https://github.com/jef/streetmerchant/wiki/Installation:-Windows as well as the nvidia-snatcher issue here #1019 and here #116 and still having trouble

Nevermind, it does work but the info warning is driving my ocd crazy. i'll take a look at this and see if I can fix it.
