Why don't you use xtend and xtext libraries as OSGi?

TMF Technologies are evolve too fast. And since those plugins are single-tone, Almost user can't handle it's dependencies easily. That's why I did embed them.

Why don't you sign plugins to avoid installation warning?

eclipse.jeeeyul.net provides PDE-Tools also. It can be installed on Eclipse 3.7. Some versions of Eclipse 3.7 can't install self-signed plugins properly.
