Library is not working for a Device

Thankq for your amazing library, It is working well for my devices.

Recently I got a problem while connecting to a different device, It is able to read values through USB in PC. But using Arduino and this library I can't able to read the values, It showing always request failure. There won't be any wiring error or other configuration errors for sure. I was tested other 4 devices, all are working well. Only this
device is showing error. Kindly give your valuable feedback, I am attaching the Device technical manual here.
