what options can be passed when instantiating uid?

there is no readme or description about the options field when you want to instantiate uid
const uid = new ShortUniqueId(options)
what are the options? please add a section about it in readme.

V2 has been released and with it you can control 3 options during instantiation.

README now contains a section regarding these options.
