lockfile generation

currently the lockfile entries are updated per arch-os pair when tools are installed which is necessary because mise needs to actually install things to get the checksums. This means if you bump a version you'll lose the lockfile entries for any arch-os pair that isn't the specific one you bumped the version from.

I'm not sure how best to resolve this, but perhaps as a stopgap we could have a command like mise lockfile rebuild or something that would fetch "all" pairs (though which ones specifically idk).

I can't think of a situation where, if I'm bumping a version, I wouldn't want all arch-os pairs to be bumped. But that would make download of packages that would be immediately deleted after calculating the checksum.
I'd suggest adding a flag to mise up to also update the other arch-os pairs and a setting to do it by default if the user doesn't mind the extra downloads.
If I understand how the lockfile works, you'd probably need to change the checksum entry to include, for each file, the arch and os, something like:

Also, some programs add a checksum file to each release, and at least aqua has a field for the checksum file. So you wouldn't need to download the files for all arch-os pairs.

Without a deep search, I know uv also deals with different files for different arch-os pairs in its lockfile:

Although PyPI's saves the checksum in their database and their JSON API returns the values, so it's easier for uv to implement this.
