Some ideas:
Develop messages and presentation that community members can use - JUGs, EC Members, Spec Leads, EG Members etc.
Could develop a JUG kit similar to the JCP 15 year anniversary kit.
Interviews of EC Members and Community members.
Online events.
Membership drive.
