insert timestamp with current time

to have a timestamp which includes an actual timestamp one has to explicitly type one into the input prompt with either \sa \si \pa or \pi
please implement a current time stamp insertion to go along (for both with Calendar and without)
%H:%M or even better let us specify one so we can use stuff like %S and so on
