I want to thank you for delivering this fascinating research in Out-of-Distribution Generalization in Time Series.
My name is Alexandre, and I am an undergraduate student at the Federal University of ABC (Brazil). I am nearing the middle of my computer science degree and recently started a one-year research internship to study transformer networks to classify EEG.
I read the original BENDR paper using the language model to classify EEG in the Journal Front Hum. Neurosci. last month and was inspired by the solid results. I am motivated to apply the model you implemented here in my research.
I tried reproducing the results using the original code, but was unsuccessful. However, I was able to run your implementation, but I was not able to adapt to other datasets.
Furthermore, I am interested in adapting this code into a more generic EEG library, like braindecode (https://braindecode.org/stable/index.html). Please let me know if we can do this together. Considering that I am an undergraduate researcher and language models are very complex, I would need the help of someone as experienced as you.

I would be delighted to assist you if you want to contribute to this code repository! I am somewhat familiar with bendr as I have worked with is before. Please send me an email at [email protected] to discuss further! :)
