Inline CSS and JS in generated html

Hi folks,
For my use-case it is useful to have all the CSS and JS generated by docker to be inline style and script tags. This is because I run docker in a build and having one single output html as an option would be helpful in maintaining the documentations.
I am willing to work on this issue if needed.
