Need an invitation system

Supervisors should be able to invite people (by email address, or maybe SMS) to the site, and pre-assign what role they should be and what projects they should be given access to.

This is to make it easier to bring in new users and have them ready to start participating immediately. Want them to just click a link and be able to participate. It's currently very manually intensive to do so.

So, some page for Supervisors that looks like:
Invite contributors:

• Project: Moore Tornado

Part of this functionality is built into the project in the accts via http://django-userena.readthedocs.org/.... would still need finishing though.
