Task to develop Wang Mendel Algorithm described in the the paper Generating Fuzzy Rules by Learning from Examples Wang&Mendel SMC 11-12-92.pdf

Build a set of fuzzy partition(that is a set of fuzzy regions) for each variable in the data set. All fuzzy partitions generated, conform a data base.
