NullPointerException calling javax.xml.bind.DatatypeConverter.parseBoolean with "TRUE", "FALSE", or "Hello"

A NullPointerException is thrown calling javax.xml.bind.DatatypeConverter.parseBoolean with "TRUE", "FALSE", or "Hello".

I would expect the result to be false or an IllegalArgumentException as the Javadoc states.
