Add the functionally to allow users to make VOIP Calls with asterisk. Just VOIP, not calls over PSTN due to costs

Any one who contribute to the project, will receive the complete android and server source code with all bugs corrected.

Now you can make voip calls with snappy and asterisk. For now this is a beta test so you have to know the other user extension number to make the call
