[Discussion] Split bukuserver from buku #742

As, probably, most of us think, buku is the core of this project and bukuserver is an extra component for this bookmarking system.

However, having both projects under a single repository might cause to confusion or doubt to potential contributors for bukuserver.

I think so because after I have wrote a comment at #586, it has made me to realize that this is what probably happened to me.

I have made a separate extra component in the form of XMPP chat bot to which I then contemplated to add an HTML interface with Flask or Fast API, instead of adding XMPP support to bukuserver itself.

What do you think?
