Add option to deploy the AWS EBS CSI driver

Since this automation deploys a cluster using the bare metal method, it does not provide cloud integration. A feature that comes by default with cloud integration is the ability to dynamically provision storage (EBS volumes) using the gp2 storage class.

Add an option to install the AWS EBS CSI driver to provide that functionality on a bare metal cluster.
