Goal

  • We are able to have defect-free releases
  • We are able to double the size of team, without new hires breaking older code

Key Questions

  • Separation of tests of cortex.cpp vs. Jan (non-UI tests are cheaper and easier to maintain)

Tasklist

  • Determine what not to do (more important)
