Jan: Experimental Features

Controversial thought:

1. Experimental features should just show up in the nightly builds with an "experimental" UI label.

Having it be a user toggle in advanced settings is bad UX. We should shove less things into settings, and design unobstrusive UI/UX instead. I find I answer a lot of user tickets by saying "please go to advanced settings, turn on experimental, then turn on xyz"

2. Also many features shouldn't be an experimental feature at all. This is a default setting users shouldn't even have to think about. If we want to give users the optionality, we need to move it to where the feature lives, e.g. in threads ui/right panel.
