Looks like there hasn't been any updates in 2 years. Microsoft is removing Basic auth in Office 365 later this year. Any plans to support this going forward?

Maybe you can try using https://github.com/WsdlToPhp/PackageEws365 for which I would be pleased to update 😉
It's generic and not so hard to implement custom features.
